Thank you for visiting my profile. I have over a decade of experience working with individuals and groups in crisis centers, schools, hospitals, and community mental health facilities. I am also a US Army veteran.

I provide counseling for adults & teen boys exclusively. In therapy, I focus on creating psychological safety then transition to those areas of distress that trigger problematic or unhealthy negative emotions, feelings, and behaviors.
