Great to meet you!

"I believe that everyone has a story worth hearing, and that meaningful change begins when you feel genuinely understood. I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Ohio, and I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, stress, life transitions, and other emotional or mental health concerns. My goal is to provide a welcoming, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling

with relationships, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and lasting change."

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that every individual is unique, and therefore, therapy should never be a one-size-fits-all experience. I utilize a combination of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

I strive to create a collaborative and supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy should be more than simply talking about problems; it should also provide you with the tools, insight, and confidence to navigate life's challenges with greater purpose and resilience.

What you can expect from me

I understand that beginning therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you've never attended counseling before. My goal during our first session is simple: to help you feel comfortable, welcomed, and understood.

We'll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brought you to therapy, and exploring what you hope to accomplish throughout our time together. I'll also explain what you can expect from the counseling process and answer any questions you may have.

There is no pressure to share everything during our first meeting. I believe that trust is developed over time, and I want you to feel comfortable moving at your own pace. Above all, I want you to leave our first session feeling heard, encouraged, and hopeful about the journey ahead.
