Great to meet you!

Big changes, self-doubt, anxiety, depression: these are the moments most of my clients arrive in. As an LCSW based in New Jersey, I specialize in life transitions and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you unravel the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we build practical strategies that bring real moments of calm so you can choose intentional responses instead of just reacting. If you're ready to do something different, I'd love to talk.

My approach to therapy

From the first session, my priority is that you feel safe, heard, and viewed as an equal partner in the work. As a seasoned telehealth provider, I bring evidence-based care, including CBT, ACT, MBCT, and trauma-focused approaches, directly into your schedule. Therapy should fit your life, not the other way around, and remote sessions

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a real conversation, not an interrogation or a clipboard routine. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you want to see change, but we move at your pace and stay focused on what feels most pressing. By the end of our first session, you’ll have a clearer sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, what our work will look like, and a few concrete steps you can start using right away.
