Edena holds a BA in Biology from Hood College, an MPH from Temple University and an MSN Psychiatric Mental Health from Vanderbilt University. Outside of work, Edena enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and watching her daughter's sports.

My approach to therapy

Edena Walden is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who enjoys working with clients who are active participants in their care. She has a variety of experiences working with patients in community mental health, corrections, substance abuse and addiction facilities, as well as private practice. Edena believes everyone deserves high quality care no matter the person or setting.

After the first visit, patients should expect to feel their problems were heard and a plan of care is in place that will address their goals.
