Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 7 years of experience supporting clients through healing, self-exploration, and meaningful personal growth. I believe therapy can be a powerful space for building a stronger mindset, gaining insight, and creating lasting change, and I work to help each client feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout that process.

I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling and bring a well-rounded background in working with a variety of mental health needs. For 4 years, I worked as a child counselor, helping young clients navigate emotional and behavioral challenges with compassion and care. In addition to that work, I have 3 years of experience supporting individuals facing grief, trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, and psychiatric symptoms, including hallucination-related experiences.

I take a client-centered, compassionate approach that focuses on understanding each person’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and safe to explore their challenges at their own pace. From that foundation, I work collaboratively with clients to help them build insight, develop practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and feel more confident in their ability to navigate healing, growth, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy centers on creating a nonjudgmental environment where clients can freely express themselves and the difficulties they are facing. I use evidence-based, empirically supported techniques to guide clients through challenging seasons of life while helping them better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe meaningful conversations in therapy can lead to important shifts, whether that means changing unwanted patterns, improving coping skills, strengthening relationships, or even moving toward a new direction in life.

Above all, I am passionate about helping clients build resilience, develop insight, and feel more confident in their ability to navigate obstacles. I strive to meet clients where they are, honor their individual experiences, and support them in creating the growth and healing they want for themselves.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to explore your background, the challenges you’re currently facing, and the goals you hope to achieve through therapy. This initial conversation is an opportunity for you to share your story, identify what feels most important right now, and begin gaining a deeper understanding of the patterns, experiences, and stressors that may be affecting your well-being.

Together, we’ll build a path to help you make difficult life decisions with greater confidence and cope with challenging emotions, thoughts, and situations more effectively. This will empower you to move forward with clarity, resilience, and healing.
