Great to meet you!

I’m a dedicated and compassionate professional committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward growth, healing, and overall well-being. I believe that meaningful change happens in a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood.

My approach is client-centered, meaning I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work together to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward the changes that matter most to you

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I work closely with clients to understand their unique experiences, goals, and strengths, allowing our work together to feel personalized and meaningful.

Together, we create a space where you feel safe, supported, and comfortable exploring what’s on your mind. From there, we can begin to build insight, develop practical tools, and take steps toward the changes you want to see, all at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and able to speak openly about what’s bringing you to therapy.

This initial meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We’ll talk about your concerns, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy, while also discussing how I work and what you can expect moving forward. By the end of the session, you should have a clearer sense of the process and how we can work together to support your growth.
