Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Edith Arterberry, a dual-certified nurse practitioner. I am board certified in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). My expertise lies in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions. My practice will focus on treating depression, ADHD, PTSD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders and insomnia. I strive to empower my patients to achieve optimal well-being and lead fulfilling lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

During our Virtual consultations, I prioritize creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can openly discuss your concerns. Through active listening and a collaborative approach, I aim to gain a comprehensive understanding of your unique needs, experiences, and goals. I will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific situation. My treatment modalities include a combination of psychotherapy, medication management, lifestyle modifications and holistic approaches.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe in fostering a holistic view of mental health, acknowledging the interconnectedness of our emotional, physical, and social well-being. By addressing these aspects, we can work towards achieving sustainable improvements in your mental and overall quality of life. If you are ready to take the first step towards positive change, I am here to support you on your journey. Together, we can navigate the challenges you're facing and develop strategies to enhance your mental well-being.
