Great to meet you!

Specializing in anxiety, self-esteem issues, and burnout for high-achieving professionals, families, and young adults across California. With 9 years of dedicated clinical experience and a Master’s from CSU Los Angeles, I provide evidence-based telehealth therapy to help you silence your inner critic, overcome trauma or grief, and navigate difficult career, academic, or relationship transitions.

My background spans both school-based mental health care and adult outpatient therapy, giving me a deep understanding of how personal, academic, and systemic pressures impact your self-worth. I am committed to creating a safe, accessible, and warm space where you can actively heal, find your balance, and reach your goals. I understand that finding the right therapist is a vital step, and I am here to make this process feel supportive, collaborative, and entirely tailored to you.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, we work genuinely as a team. You are the absolute expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering gentle nudges, warmth, and steady support rather than imposing a rigid agenda. Because every person is unique, I blend evidence-based tools—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based Psychotherapy—into a personalized approach that fits exactly what you need.

We will never jump into exercises without checking in with you first. Instead, we will focus on uncovering the incredible strengths, resilience, and self-worth you already possess. With your openness to finding solutions and my clinical guidance, we can work together to quiet the heavy weight of anxiety, depression, or self-doubt, building a life that feels healthier, lighter, and deeply meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

It is completely normal to feel a bit nervous or overwhelmed before your first session, but you don't need to have anything figured out before we meet! Our first session is a warm, low-pressure space to slow down and get comfortable. We will start with brief introductions, ensure you feel safe, and gently begin exploring the areas of your life or self-esteem that currently feel the most stressful.

Together, we will co-create a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to your unique challenges and personal growth goals. This is a collaborative environment where we work at a pace that feels exactly right for you. Click an open slot on my calendar to book your instant consultation, and let's take this first step together!
