Great to meet you!

I'm a bilingual psychiatric nurse practitioner — which means I can both prescribe and manage medications and provide talk therapy, all in one practice. If you've ever felt like you were bouncing between a prescriber who doesn't know your story and a therapist who can't adjust your meds, that's exactly the gap I'm here to close.

I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors across a wide range of concerns: anxiety, ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, panic, eating disorders, and more. I'm fluent in English and Spanish, and I actively welcome Latino and Spanish-speaking clients who've struggled to find culturally attuned psychiatric care.

My clinical background goes back to 2015. Before specializing in psychiatry, I worked in family medicine and medical settings, which shaped how I think about the whole person — not just the presenting symptom.

My approach to therapy

I work primarily through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, but I adapt to what actually works for each person. My style is direct but warm — I'm not going to tell you what you want to hear, but I will help you build real tools to change how you think, feel, and respond to what life throws at you.

For clients who need it, I integrate medication management as part of a broader treatment plan. I take evidence-based prescribing seriously, which means I explain my reasoning, I don't over-medicate, and I work with you to adjust until we get it right.
