Great to meet you!

Meet your Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner:

I have more than ten years of professional experience in healthcare, and caring for others has always been at the heart of who I am. I truly love helping clients feel better. I’m a thoughtful listener, deeply empathetic, and genuinely invested in each client’s mental health and well-being. Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is not just my profession—it is my calling. I approach this work with a deep sense of purpose, gratitude, compassion, and a commitment to knowing that supporting clients through their mental health healing journey is a true privilege, as well as providing quality care that truly makes a difference.

How I Care for Clients:

Healing begins when a client feels safe, understood, and accepted exactly as they are. I take time to listen to each client’s story and to understand the experiences, emotions, and pressures that shape their life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I blend evidence-based medication management with supportive, meaningful conversation, always honoring each client’s voice and preferences. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, respected, and supported every step of the way in their mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

My Commitment:

I am dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care that honors each client’s dignity and long-term mental health wellness, including healthy coping skills, emotional regulation, positive relationships/boundaries, self-care routine, healthy lifestyle choices (sleep, nutrition, movement) and proactive behaviors that help to prevent mental health decline. Being part of a client’s healing journey is a profound privilege, and I am grateful for the opportunity to support clients as they move toward a life that feels more peaceful, meaningful, and whole.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where they can speak openly and be met with kindness. I strive to create an environment where clients feel heard, never rushed, and truly cared for. I want each client to leave our sessions feeling more grounded, more hopeful, and more connected to themselves. I walk alongside clients as they build resilience, stability, and a sense of inner strength.
