My name is Edith Gutierrez I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. As an experienced therapist, I am dedicated to providing a safe and compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Whether you are seeking support from for anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, personal development, or difficulties managing day-to-day life I am here to guide you on your path to self-discovery and empowerment.

For over ten years I have provided therapeutic services to individuals from different walks of life. Seeing their progress and the comfort they receive from having a confidential space to explore their thoughts and feelings drives me to continue working in the field.

I draw from many psychotherapeutic approaches depending on client needs and preference often include CBT, Internal Family Systems, DBT, CPT, Supportive, Strength-Based, Narrative, Interpersonal, Mindfulness-Based, and Person-Centered.

I aim to create an environment where you feel comfortable to share, express, and reflect. My Personal experiences and thrive to help individuals and families led me to become a therapist. Working together in the “ here and now” allows for an intuitive process to unfold thought collaboration and consistent sessions.
