Great to meet you!

Hello, I am excited to have the opportunity to work with you! I am a licensed independent clinical social worker and have experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. My approach is flexible and client-centered, drawing from evidenced-based practices. I have experience working with individuals with various mental health diagnoses, primarily anxiety disorders, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, and PTSD/C-PTSD.

My approach to therapy

As a clinical social worker, I integrate evidence-based practices with a holistic approach that considers the whole person and honors each client's unique emotional, physical, and cultural experiences. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based. I recognize and honor the importance of race, culture, gender, and sexual identity in the therapeutic process. Our work together will reflect a commitment to understanding how these aspects shape your experiences and how they intersect with your healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

I would like clients to leave our session carrying our conversation with them; continuing to reflect, stay curious, keep an open mind, and put learned skills into practice. Most importantly, I hope each person leaves feeling seen, understood, and challenged.
