Great to meet you!

When relationship conflict, family stress, or emotional overwhelm begin affecting your peace of mind, it can feel exhausting trying to hold everything together on your own. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, family concerns, and couples challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected from their partners, frustrated by recurring relationship patterns, overwhelmed by family responsibilities, or struggling to heal from experiences that continue to impact their daily lives. Whether you're facing communication difficulties, trust concerns, family conflict, emotional stress, or the effects of past trauma, therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand what is happening and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you strengthen your relationships, improve emotional wellbeing, and build a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when we better understand the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationship patterns that shape our lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and relationship focused, helping clients identify barriers that may be preventing them from creating the connections and fulfillment they desire. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Based Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Family Systems Therapy, Gottman informed concepts, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Bowen Family Systems Theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing to support lasting growth and healing. Together, we may explore anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD, relationship concerns, family conflict, communication challenges, emotional regulation, attachment wounds, and life transitions. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you create healthier patterns, stronger communication, deeper connections, and greater emotional resilience.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, compassionate, and judgment free environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where individuals, couples, and families can openly explore challenges while building trust, understanding, and meaningful solutions. As we work together, you can develop healthier communication skills, stronger relationships, improved emotional regulation, greater self awareness, and increased confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges. Whether you're working through relationship difficulties, family concerns, anxiety, trauma, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself and the people who matter most while building a future rooted in growth, healing, and resilience.
