Great to meet you!
Edlin is a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and EMDR-trained clinician with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. Her clinical work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to effectively process trauma and emotionally distressing experiences. Edlin has extensive experience working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, postpartum challenges, low self-esteem, and significant life transitions. She also provides compassionate support for couples navigating relationship difficulties, families in conflict, and veterans and their loved ones coping with the unique demands of military life. Edlin’s practice is further informed by her work with clients experiencing work-related stress and adjustment to major life changes, helping them build resilience and regain a sense of control and confidence.
