I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. I believe every individual deserves to be heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment decisions.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, trauma, insomnia, and other mental health concerns. I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole, allowing me to provide culturally sensitive care to individuals from diverse backgrounds. My goal is to help you improve your emotional well-being, build resilience, and achieve lasting mental wellness.
My approach is collaborative, individualized, and solution-focused. I begin by taking time to understand your concerns, medical history, lifestyle, and personal goals before developing a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. When appropriate, treatment may include medication management, education, supportive therapy, and healthy lifestyle recommendations.
I believe successful treatment is built on trust, open communication, and shared decision-making. Together, we will monitor your progress, make adjustments as needed, and work toward helping you feel your best.
During your first appointment, we’ll spend time getting to know one another. I will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, discuss your current symptoms, review your medical and mental health history, and explore your treatment goals.
Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs. If medication is appropriate, we’ll discuss the available options, expected benefits, possible side effects, and answer any questions you may have. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, informed, and hopeful about your path forward.
