A bit about my approach to therapy

I worked in a variety of mental health settings, including Partial hospitalization Programs (PHP), crisis intervention, group therapy, and community-based settings. Some of the therapeutic modalities. I use in therapy include mindfulness, solution focused, strengths based, skills learning, cognitive restructuring, trauma, improving self esteem & communication.
