Her practice is rooted in getting to know the patient first as a person. Her goals are to promote empowerment, enhance awareness, and reduce the stigma of mental illness.

My approach to therapy

Mental health challenges can feel confusing and overwhelming, touching every part of your life, your emotions, relationships, and sense of self. You don’t have to navigate them alone.

In our work together, we combine empathy with science to help you understand what’s happening inside your brain. Through evidence-based education and compassionate support, we guide you toward healing and self-understanding.
