Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Social Worker in South Carolina with 10 years of experience as a therapist. I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Albany State University and a Master of Social Work from Savannah State University. I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges related to relationships, emotional regulation, and personal growth. My approach is client-centered and tailored to support your unique goals, empowering you to build resilience and achieve meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices including Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma focused therapy. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where each session serves as a step toward resilience, healing, and meaningful growth. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard and understood. My goal is to help you develop practical coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and foster healthier relationships. Together, we’ll work toward achieving greater self-awareness, building resilience, and creating meaningful, lasting change in your personal and professional life.
