Dr. Edna Rodriguez

I am a bilingual New Jersey Licensed Psychologist with + 30 years in experience in social and clinical human services in Puerto Rico, Philadelphia and South Jersey . I completed a Doctorate and 2 Master Degrees in Clinical Psychology and in Criminal Justice . I am driven by my passion toward helping others. Among my career goals , I aim to provide and advocate for the best quality culturally and sensitive services and eliminate the stigma from mental health Services from individuals, families , groups of adults and children from our Latino community. I work with evidence based eclectic and holistic psychological orientation focused in trauma informed and resiliency, I been recognized in a 2023 Campaign advocating to eliminate Mental Health Stigma and received a Partnership Advocacy Award by New Jersey Association of Mental Health and Addiction Agency. I am an active member of American Psychology Association and served for 2 years as a member of Sidney Kimmel Cancer at Jefferson Health Community Advisory Board.

I am centered person approach to my patients to help them find the choices that works for them with evidence based models more suitable. I am centered in person; strength based clinician that support my patients to find their inner resiliency and recovery. I don't tell them the choices that works. They choose and I validate supporting their choices that are more suitable for them . I am trauma informed and focus solution psychologist. I respect all cultures and religions. I offered in person and in remote sessions.

My clients will learn more about themselves and be the best version that they can be. I will help them find the path of resiliency that all we have inside of us.
