Great to meet you!

Dr. E works through a collaborative framework to pull her clients into a strong therapeutic alliance and meaningful conversations rich with understanding, empowerment, empathy, curiosity, and coaching. She wants clients to become their true selves in their personal and professional lives. Her passion for discovery and self-growth inspires her to offer clients a place to heal from trauma, create meaning, and seek opportunities for growth.

My approach to therapy

People often seek therapy during a crisis, when their coping skills no longer work, or when anxiety, depression, or relationship issues impede their daily functioning. T Therapy offers an environment in which you can become unstuck. Dr. E. uses a positive and relationship-focused approach to help you change your life. Our work together helps you develop goals and a plan for achieving them. Dr. E's approach is brief, allowing you to move forward after just a few sessions.

What you can expect from me

Everyone needs help from time to time. Deciding you have a problem and seeking help is the first step. Deciding you need support is often the hardest part. Look for someone who listens, who can walk alongside you. You need a therapist with whom you feel comfortable speaking without judgment. Seek someone who cares, and who helps you feel less alone.
