Great to meet you!

Bilingual, bicultural psychotherapist dedicated to fostering healing and resilience across diverse communities. With expertise in trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive care, he supports individuals and families navigating emotional, relational, and life challenges. His practice bridges cultures, offering safe, compassionate spaces for growth, empowerment, and meaningful connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I draw on strengths-based and person-centered practices to honor each client’s values, identity, and lived experience. Using trauma-informed care, I prioritize safety, trust, and empowerment. I integrate motivational interviewing, supportive counseling, and psychoeducation to help clients identify goals, strengthen coping skills, and navigate challenges with resilience. Being bilingual and bicultural allows me to bridge cultural perspectives, reduce barriers, and create inclusive spaces where clients and families feel understood, respected, and supported.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we identify personal strengths, explore new perspectives, and develop practical coping strategies. My goal is for clients to gain clarity, reduce stress, improve communication, and build resilience—so they feel more confident navigating life’s challenges inside and outside of therapy.
