Great to meet you!

I’m an open-minded and approachable therapist who is here to support you in a safe, nonjudgmental space. I value collaboration in therapy, working together with clients to explore challenges, identify goals, and develop strategies that fit their lives. My background includes time in the military, which has given me a unique perspective on resilience, structure, and navigating life transitions, and I later transitioned into therapy.

My approach to therapy

I take a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach and integrate EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing into my work. I see clients as the experts of their own lives and focus on walking alongside them, offering guidance, support, and strategies tailored to their needs. I am flexible and collaborative, and if I ever feel another resource, support group, or therapist would better serve a client, I will provide recommendations. My goal is to help clients make meaningful, measurable progress while honoring their individual pace and circumstances.

What you can expect from me

The first sessions are an opportunity to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. We’ll discuss your goals and start shaping a treatment plan that is structured yet adaptable to your life. I emphasize measurable progress so you can reflect on growth and make adjustments as needed. Sessions are a safe space to explore challenges, gain clarity, and practice strategies that support your goals.
