Great to meet you!

My name is Edward and I specialize in helping individuals overcome difficult life transitions. My clinical experience has been rooted in both school and hospital settings, helping clients with issues from Anxiety and Low Self-Esteem, to Major Depression and Bipolar Disorder. I graduated from Rutgers at the top of my class, certified in Crisis Intervention, Child and Adolescent Wellbeing and have had the privilege of learning under the tutelage of mentors from Princeton and Columbia University.

My approach to therapy

Working in crisis settings has helped me develop a uniquely comprehensive perspective of challenges and traumas that people face at every stage of life. The modalities I use most are Interpersonal Process and CBT - we'll talk more about how specific tools can help ease anxiety and address barriers in you or your child's way.

What you can expect from me

As you take your first steps towards progress and healing, it’s important to remember that even positive change can feel uncomfortable and intimidating. I’ll be here to make sure we’re always moving at a manageable pace. So, kudos for taking your first step! I’m looking forward to joining you, the rest of the way.
