Great to meet you!
I believe therapy should be a space where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self—without judgment and without having to have everything figured out. I take an integrative, person-centered approach and view therapy as a collaborative journey where we can better understand what you’re experiencing, recognize your strengths, and work together toward meaningful change.
I am a bilingual English and Spanish speaking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a background in Marriage and Family Therapy and Organizational Leadership and Management, and I am currently completing my doctoral training in Applied Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School. Throughout my clinical experience, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families in private practice, community mental health, substance use treatment, and telehealth settings, supporting clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship and family difficulties, self-esteem, life transitions, and behavioral challenges.
As a bilingual clinician, I understand that culture, family values, language, and life experiences can deeply influence how we see ourselves, navigate relationships, and make sense of the challenges we face. I value getting to know each person beyond a diagnosis and creating space for clients to bring their whole selves into therapy. I strive to bring warmth, empathy, cultural understanding, and a little humor when appropriate, while working alongside you to find practical ways to move forward.
If you’re feeling stuck, going through a difficult transition, or simply ready for a change, I invite you to reach out. We can take that first step together and create a therapeutic experience that feels supportive, genuine, and meaningful to you.
