Great to meet you!

Hello!

I proudly bring lived experience to the table, so I know a different life than comes in textbooks. It increases my odds of understanding you better and of being able to develop unique strategies for you in a shorter amount of time. I've wanted to work in mental health since I was a child, and bring that enthusiasm to my work. Hope to see you soon.

My approach to therapy

I go into therapy both with empathy and a desire to challenge you. I don't believe in starting with ideas that a client needs me forever. My first view in therapy is successfully discharging you. Helping you feel healed, teaching you skills to help you keep yourself well long after leaving my service.

What you can expect from me

I haven't started here yet, but my goal usually starts with informed consent, providing brief tests to get information, asking questions in an assessment before branching out. I want to know stories. The more stories, the better we do.
