My approach to therapy

I've lived in multiple countries and cultures, treated trauma, parented children, cared for elders, fostered communities, and practiced extensive psychological interventions in medical settings. Individual therapy follows an extensive life review, Couples and family therapy is strategic and problem focused.

I have been described as...." emanates confidence, comfort with self, openness, attractive, good self-care, open to others, present, available, sees clearly and fosters friendliness. "

What you can expect from me

Therapy works with mind, body, and between ourselves and others in a relationship that frees the creative potential for healing, discovering new inspiration for transforming self, work, and relationships.
