Great to meet you!
Hello,
My name is Edward McCullough PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner). I believe mental health care should feel collaborative, practical, and genuinely supportive—not rushed or impersonal.
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner serving adults across Florida through telehealth, I work with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, insomnia, and the everyday challenges that come with stress, memory concerns, and self-esteem.
Many of my clients come to me feeling frustrated—like their thoughts are racing, their emotions feel out of sync, or their daily routines are disrupted. Whether it is emotional dysregulation, difficulty focusing, or a sense that life feels harder than it should, I help you make sense of what is happening and build a clear, realistic path forward.
My approach combines thoughtful diagnostic skills with personalized medication management when appropriate. I value both clinical precision and real-life impact—because improvement is not just about a diagnosis, it is about how you feel day to day.
One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing clients regain a sense of control, confidence, and relief as their symptoms begin to ease.
My passion for mental health started early, working as a teen mental health tech, where I discovered how meaningful it is to support people through vulnerable moments. That experience continues to shape how I show up today—with empathy, respect, and a genuine commitment to your well-being.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, which helps me stay grounded and present—something I also encourage my clients to explore in their own way as part of a balanced life.
If you are looking for a provider who listens carefully, values your experience, and works with you to create effective, individualized care, I would be honored to support you.
