Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience providing individual therapy to adults. I specialize in helping people navigate addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions, including men facing divorce or pressures in personal and professional life. I understand it can be difficult to open up about struggles, and I consider it a privilege to support clients wherever they are, helping them take meaningful steps toward growth, healing, and balance.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I enjoy helping clients gain insight into their challenges - whether it’s depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship struggles, or men navigating divorce and life transitions - and work collaboratively to set realistic, achievable goals that support growth, coping, and positive change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a judgment-free space to be heard and supported. They will also learn practical mental and behavioral skills and be encouraged to apply them in daily life to foster growth and positive change.
