Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical therapist, I believe each individual has within themselves, the capacity for great things. In finding your true strengths and by utilizing them in your everyday life, you can overcome any obstacle. Asking for help takes courage, and is in and of itself a great strength. I’ve been practicing mental health for over 20 years, and I have helped people of all ages, and diverse backgrounds achieve their goals through real self enhancement strategies.

My approach to therapy

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in a strength based approach. Everyone has a unique story and deserves to be heard. My role will be to help guide you through the barriers to your success. Not by telling you how to act or think, but by helping you see the reasons behind your motivations as well as helping you to view things in a different light.

Respect and supportive communication are very important to me in my practice, and I’ll be there to listen to you, but also to challenge you.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we will develop a plan for your success.
