Great to meet you!

I firmly believe that every individual possesses their own inherent strength and motivation, which can sometimes require reinvigoration. With over 15 years of experience in the field of Behavioral Health and Social Services, I am a licensed Psychotherapist who specializes in working with adults. I have an extensive experience treating people with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and general mental health struggles that impact their daily functioning adversely.

My approach to therapy

My patients often express a similar sentiment: "I never considered it from this perspective.." Do you ever find yourself caught in a repetitive cycle of unproductive thoughts or negative beliefs about yourself, others, or the world, hindering your ability to be your best self and leaving you feeling anxious, angry, or depressed? I can provide you with an evidence-based strategies and guidance to effectively challenge these thoughts and cultivate healthy thinking patterns and healthy behaviors.

What you can expect from me

I would be able to equip you with unbiased and unwavering support, as well as encouraging you to adopt alternative perspectives on challenging situations while taking charge of your life. I employ a strengths-based approach that incorporates solution oriented focus to accentuate the positive attributes of each person while fostering their sense of empowerment. My aim is to create a safe and healing environment where I guide individuals towards realizing their true potential.
