Great to meet you!

With four decades of experience, my goal in a consultation is to assist you in identifying your goals for the session, the obstacles, and then in a collaborative, creative manner, finding the needed resources that will propel you toward your goals, whether personal, relationship, or professional. The emphasis is upon solution. The approach is to encourage you to take the necessary steps to achieve your goals once the session has ended.

My approach to therapy

Solution-focused, here and now with a trajectory for the future. Neutralizing past influences is most often learning to modify memories, thinking patterns and behaviors that play out everyday. Addressing sensory based processing, breathwork and relaxation, emotional state management and decision-making facilitates an independence with problem-solving that allows you to be independent with future applications.

What you can expect from me

Each session will end with a "To Do" assignment which is when the therapy "begins" in a manner like that which takes place between the coach and the athlete. What you learn will generalize to an improved problem-solving capability.
