I work with adolescents and adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. My work focuses on anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, stress, and life transitions. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and logotherapy to help clients better understand themselves and what drives their experiences. I care deeply about creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you work toward meaningful change.
