Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health professional who helps individuals navigate relational patterns, life transitions, and the emotional weight of past experiences. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and honest, offering a space where you can explore your story without judgment and build the tools needed for real change.

My work is rooted in understanding how early relationships, attachment wounds, and life experiences shape the way you see yourself and others today. Whether you’re processing family dynamics, rebuilding after heartbreak, or learning to trust yourself again, I help you slow down, make sense of your patterns, and reconnect with your inner stability and purpose.

Clients describe my style as warm, direct, and deeply supportive. I believe in helping you gain clarity, strengthen your boundaries, and develop emotional resilience. Together, we identify what’s no longer serving you and work toward healthier ways of thinking, relating, and showing up in the world.

I have a special interest in supporting high achieving women, individuals navigating identity and belonging, and clients processing trauma, abandonment, or inconsistent family systems. My goal is to empower you to build a life rooted in self-worth, authenticity, and meaningful connection.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will both challenge and support you and who sees your potential and helps you grow into it and I would be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, reflective, and grounded in compassion. I help clients explore how past relationships, family dynamics, and early experiences shape their current emotions, behaviors, and connections with others. Together, we slow things down, increase self-awareness, and uncover patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I provide a warm but direct style, supportive when needed, honest when it matters, and always focused on helping you grow into your healthiest self.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I focus on creating a connection and understanding your story. You'll have space to talk about what brought you in, what you’ve been carrying emotionally, and the specific areas you want to work on. I’ll help you slow down and reflect, and together we’ll begin identifying the patterns or experiences that may be influencing your current feelings. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative and you’ll leave with a sense of clarity, direction, and what our work together will look like.
