Great to meet you!

I strive to make the therapeutic experience a safe and supportive space in which creativity and collaboration can unfold for enlightening and lasting developments. I have expertise working with children, adolescents and young adults facing challenges associated with unique life transitions, and specific concerns including anxiety, ASD, ADHD, emotion regulation, identity exploration, and social skills. My clinical experience encompasses a variety of settings from community mental health centers to academic settings, and with clients expressing various facets of diversity. I am currently licensed in the state of Connecticut.

My approach to therapy

I aim to support clients in better understanding themselves and the patterns underlying challenges using a combination of authenticity, warmth, and integration of evidence-based treatments such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Cognitive-Behavior Therapy. I emphasize flexibility in meeting clients' needs in an individualized and person-centered manner.

What you can expect from me
