I have worked in the field of Mental Health for 23 years. I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from The University of Georgia Athens and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Boston College. I am currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Sex Therapist. I have experience working in various Inpatient and Outpatient Programs for Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Process Addictions in a wide range of roles including Group Facilitator, Primary Therapist, Family Therapist and Clinical Director. I specialize in the treatment of Depression, Anxiety, Interpersonal Relationships, Co Dependency, Addictive Disorders, Sexual Concerns/ Sexual Impulsivity, Intimacy, Gender, Orientation and Men’s Issues (Anger and Irritability, Intimacy and Affection, Numbing or Pushing Away Emotions, Divorce/Separation, Self Esteem, Identifying and communicating emotions).

I will help you begin to trust your own inner voice and worry less about the judgment or opinions of others. I will help you determine what life best suits you. I am empathetic, supportive and most of all interested in you and your goals. Sessions will combine self-reflection and exploration, problem-solving, support, and unconditional regard for you, with a bit of humor and laughter when appropriate.
