Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated psychiatric professional committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a respectful and nonjudgmental environment. I graduated from MGH Institute of Health Professions and obtained my PMHNP-BC in 2022. My background includes extensive clinical experience working with diverse populations across various levels of care, where I have supported individuals managing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and behavioral challenges. I am trained in comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management, and I strive to integrate clinical expertise with a genuine understanding of each client’s unique life experience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I believe in treating the whole person, not just symptoms, by considering biological, psychological, and social factors that influence mental health. I work closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapeutic interventions. I prioritize open communication, cultural sensitivity, and empowering clients to take an active role in their care and recovery.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a comprehensive and structured evaluation where we will discuss your current concerns, psychiatric history, medical background, and personal goals for treatment. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and share what matters most to you. Together, we will begin to establish a treatment plan tailored to your needs. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and comfortable as we begin working toward your mental health goals.
