Anxiety, Grief, Loss, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I’ve spent over 20+ years with people whose lives have been impacted by anxiety, trauma, grief, crisis, violence, and other messed-up stuff no one likes to talk about.

I want to be the one person who comes alongside a client and knows that I really have their back and understand them in a world where it seems no one understands each of them.

I am a strength-based, cognitive-behavioral therapist and provide my clients with helpful strategies and tools to feel better overall.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Our treatments are evidence-based, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Strength Based Approach.

We offer faith-based Christian counseling or psychotherapy that involves spiritual and religious components. This type of counseling is likely to be of interest to people for whom religion plays a major role in their lives – those who lean into their faith-based values to help them make decisions, understand suffering, set priorities, and create purpose and meaning their lives.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session together, we’ll start with a brief introduction, then dive into the specific challenges you are currently facing.

This will help me create an individualized plan for us to work through together.

During our time together, you will be given the freedom to share your story the way you see it without criticism and judgment.

For some of you, this will be the first time you will be understood and supported.

You will be treated as an individual with unique circumstances.
