Great to meet you!

Whether you have been living with anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, or a substance use concern, you deserve a space where you can finally make sense of what you are carrying and start moving through it. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts with experience helping adults navigate these challenges through evidence-based, solution-focused approaches. I take a nonjudgmental stance in everything I do — my job is to help you, not evaluate you — and I work to create a practical, forward-focused path toward the change you are looking for. If you are ready to do the work, I am ready to partner with you.

My approach to therapy

My primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), one of the most wellresearched, evidence-based frameworks for anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and substance use concerns. CBT focuses on the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors — by identifying and shifting unhelpful patterns, you can make meaningful changes in how you experience and respond to life's challenges. I also incorporate Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma and PTSD. Our work is practical, goaloriented, and focused on what will actually make a difference for you outside of our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you and understanding what has brought you to therapy. I will ask about your current challenges, your history, and what you are hoping will feel different. We will identify the concerns you want to focus on and begin developing a clear, practical plan for how we will address them together. You can expect to leave with a clearer sense of direction and a better understanding of how our work will help you move forward.
