Great to meet you!

"Direct, compassionate therapy for people tired of holding it all together"

I’m a down-to-earth, compassionate therapist who believes you deserve a space where you can show up as your authentic self without judgment. My approach is supportive, honest, and real. Together, we’ll explore patterns, navigate life’s challenges, build healthier boundaries, and reconnect with the person you are beyond the roles you carry. You don’t have to keep holding it all together alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and real. Using CBT and IFS interventions we will explore the patterns, beliefs, and behaviors keeping you stuck while building practical tools for change. I’ll support you, challenge you when needed, and help you set boundaries without guilt. Therapy isn’t about being perfect or pleasing everyone. It’s about understanding yourself, owning your growth, and learning to show up for YOU.

What you can expect from me

"My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and real. Using tools like Cognitive

Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems, we will explore the patterns, beliefs,

and parts of you keeping you stuck, whether that shows up as anxiety, depression,

grief, or strain in your relationships and family. I'll support you, challenge you when it's

needed, and help you build boundaries without guilt. We will also draw on Motivational

Interviewing and strength based tools to turn insight into real change between

sessions. Therapy isn't about being perfect or pleasing everyone. It's about

understanding yourself and owning your growth, whether you're managing ADHD,

navigating identity, or healing from trauma."
