Great to meet you!

I received my Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Towson University. I enjoy working with creatively inspired individuals searching for or growing fulfilling careers or entrepreneurial opportunities which emphasize their unique personalities and natural gifts that allow for an integrated work-life balance. I also enjoy working with parents interested in finding an integrated lifestyle that merges personal, professional, and familial values.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a family systems lens in individual counseling, where we collaborate on exploring how past and present family systems influence a person’s sense of self. I also work with clients' external systems in family therapy and parent coaching, etc.

What you can expect from our first session

I specialize in promoting self-awareness, empowerment, and compassion to foster authenticity, hope, and accountability. I believe we make positive changes when we have established innate strengths and learned coping tools. I build on positive psychology, spirituality, and alternative practices such as meditation, and creative expression.
