I am doctorally prepared, board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Integrative Psychiatry Practitioner fluent in English and Polish with expertise in treating mild-moderate depression, and anxiety in Arizona, Florida and New York. Triple-certified as a Family (FNP), Emergency (ENP), and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I blend a strong foundation in primary, emergency, and psychiatric care to offer comprehensive and individualized treatment. As a Psychiatry Redefined fellowship trained Integrative Psychiatry Practitioner, I am dedicated to identifying and addressing the root causes of mental health issues.

My focus is on creating a personalized treatment plans based on a patient's unique biochemistry, genetics, lifestyle, and environmental factors ensuring that the treatment plans address the mind-body connection.

I combine a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Supportive Therapy, Talk Therapy, brief Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), lifestyle counseling, psychopharmacological management, nutritional supplements and nutraceuticals, functional advanced laboratory testing, meditations and mindfulness.
