I enjoy working with individuals who are motivated for personal growth and/or are wanting to work towards freedom from an issue that is causing undue suffering. Patients who are excited to learn about and understand themselves better will be able to heal themselves and their relationships.

I have worked with people from a variety of backgrounds suffering from many different issues. My practice is a patient-centered, empathic, solution-focus approach using an eclectic blend of evidence-based interventions.

My goal is to help patients see the potential of what they can create for themselves. I usually recommend clients work on something in between sessions to fully integrate the work that is done in session.
