Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a compassionate, evidence-based therapist who is committed to applying a holistic approach in assessing all areas of clients' needs to maximize success at all phases of the process and after the counseling relationship. I have over 6 years of experience helping adults, teens, and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar, grief, trauma, autism spectrum disorder, LGBTQ+ issues, life stage transition difficulties, and relationship challenges. She is skilled in the use of various therapeutic modalities, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Narrative Therapy. I pull from these modalities and experience, rendering an eclectic approach. I look forward to collaborating with you to improve your quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach to therapeutic interventions, ensuring that each client receives care tailored to their unique needs, strengths, and lived experiences. My priority is providing high‐quality, evidence‐based treatment that helps clients feel supported, understood, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Our very first session will be your intake, where I take time to learn about your history, your current challenges, and the outcomes you’re hoping for. My work centers on collaboration, compassion, and creating a therapeutic space where meaningful change can take root. I strive to offer a grounded, attuned presence that helps clients feel safe enough to explore their experiences and confident enough to grow.
