Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that therapy works best when it feels like a partnership—not a one-sided process. I approach each session as a space where we work together to better understand your experiences, patterns, and goals.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach—together, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you and find strategies that feel aligned and realistic for your life.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I’m especially attuned to people who often appear “high-functioning” on the outside but feel stuck, overextended, or disconnected internally.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect:

A supportive, non-judgmental space

Honest and thoughtful reflection

Practical tools alongside deeper emotional exploration

A collaborative approach where your voice matters

Starting therapy can feel like a big step—but you don’t have to figure things out alone. We’ll take it one step at a time, together.
