Eilakeisha Spencer

I am a licensed mental health therapist that serves Massachusetts. With extensive experience across residential, assisted living, correctional, outpatient, and other mental health care settings, she brings a holistic understanding of client needs to her practice.

I am deeply passionate about healing marginalized communities and affirming care to all clients. I believe that healing is more powerful when clients feel seen, understood, and heard by someone who relates to their perspective. I shows up authentically in every session, meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, affirming space for growth and change.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in authenticity. I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives, and my role is to help guide, support, and challenge them toward healing and growth. I create a nonjudgmental space where clients can show up as their full selves and feel genuinely seen and heard.

I draw from approaches that will help my clients develop self-awareness, build coping skills, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, open, and judgment-free space. My goal is to help you feel comfortable and supported as we begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what’s been going on in your life, and what you hope to gain from our work together.
