Great to meet you!

Reaching out for help is a courageous first step—one you should be proud of.

I am a trauma-informed, Jungian-oriented psychotherapist with analytic training. My work is grounded in depth psychology and an understanding of how past experiences shape present patterns.

I specialize in personality disorders and am certified in this area, as well as in grief work. Anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges are often interconnected with these concerns and are an integral part of the work we do together.

My approach to therapy

Therapy can feel anxiety-provoking at times. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. This is your journey, and I see my role as a facilitator—someone who walks alongside you as you begin to make sense of your experiences and move toward healing.

We will work with whatever you choose to bring into each session, and together we will determine a pace that feels both steady and supportive. At times, I may be direct or gently challenging when it serves your growth. This is part of the therapeutic process and is what distinguishes therapy from simply talking with a close friend.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you will have the opportunity to share the experiences and history that have brought you to therapy. We will also review a few administrative details and establish clear guidelines to ensure our therapeutic space feels safe, respectful, and supportive.

Therapy is not about quick fixes. The behaviors and thought patterns we have carried for years—sometimes decades—do not change overnight. Growth takes time, patience, and commitment. Change can be challenging, so I encourage you to offer yourself compassion throughout the process. Please know that I will be here to support you every step of the way.
