Great to meet you!

With over 25 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, using a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Integrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Humor. I hold a degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from the University of Dayton and a master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

My approach to therapy

I have worked with every age group, from newborn to 105 years old; however, the vast majority have been somewhere in the middle. I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions and take an eclectic approach; no two clients are the same. I frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Integrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Humor!

What you can expect from me

You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I provide a space to explore whatever comes your way. Compassion, humor, and vulnerability are the foundation for lasting change. I’ve guided people through addiction, complex medical situations, terminal illness, chronic medical/mental illness, and trauma. Helping people navigate life’s transitions is the core of my practice.
