Great to meet you!

With around 28 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people navigating a wide range of challenges and life experiences. My areas of focus include anxiety, life transitions, trauma and complex trauma, and depression. I have extensive experience helping people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in difficult patterns, or uncertain about how to move forward during times of change. Whatever you’re facing right now, you’ve found a warm and caring place to start, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

As a Latina clinician, I bring a deep appreciation for the ways culture, family, and community shape our experiences and our relationship with mental health. I take time to understand your background rather than assuming. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive place to be honest, understood, and gently challenged in ways that help you grow.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other in a comfortable, down to earth space. My style is warm and conversational, never sterile or clinical. We’ll talk about what brought you in and what you’re hoping will change, with no pressure to have it all figured out. If you’re ready, let’s take that first step together.
