Great to meet you!

I believe that seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward meaningful change.

I am a PMHNP with 4 years of experience providing mental health care to individuals [and/or families/couples]. Through my practice, EP Serenity, I work with clients experiencing [anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, grief, relationship concerns, stress, life transitions, maternal mental health, etc.]. I provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for anxiety depression , ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorders, insomnia, OCD, women's issues and domestic abuse survivors.

My approach is individualized because I recognize that no two people—or two life experiences—are exactly alike. I draw from , person-centered therapy, to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthy coping skills, navigate difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and move toward greater balance and fulfillment.

As a mother of four beautiful children, I also understand the many roles, responsibilities, joys, and challenges that can come with caring for yourself while caring for others. I bring compassion, authenticity, and a real-world perspective into my work while maintaining a professional and supportive therapeutic environment.

Outside of my professional life, I love spending time with my family, traveling, reading, and anything that allows me to connect with nature. I believe that life is about more than simply getting through the difficult moments—it is also about discovering what brings you joy, purpose, peace, and connection.

My hope is that our work together will help you feel more confident, supported, and equipped to create the life you want.

I would be honored to walk alongside you in that journey. Welcome to EP Serenity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to take a holistic approach to psychiatric care, considering each client’s symptoms as well as their medical history, life experiences, relationships, environment, and individual strengths. Treatment is individualized and may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy, education, lifestyle recommendations, and collaboration with therapists, primary care providers, and other members of the healthcare team when appropriate.

My goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help clients improve their overall functioning, quality of life, and sense of stability. I value open communication, shared decision-making, evidence-based treatment, and establishing a therapeutic relationship built on trust and mutual respect.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will review your current symptoms, medical and mental health history, treatment progress, and any challenges or changes since your last visit. We will discuss treatment options and develop a plan that reflects your needs, preferences, and goals. Depending on your individual circumstances, sessions may include medication management, supportive therapy, education, lifestyle recommendations, and coordination with other healthcare providers when appropriate.

I encourage open communication and welcome your questions and feedback. My goal is to help you feel informed and actively involved in your care while supporting your overall well-being, stability, and quality of life.
