I will always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. You can also ask question that may help relieve any nervousness or hesitancy to engage. We’ll work together to figure this out! My purpose is to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable in areas you keep most personal. From there, we’ll work together to identify goals for our sessions and help you achieve progress in the areas most important to you.
